Series of Poker Texas Hold'em is among the portfolio of games, applications and
wallpapers that Glu is developing and publishing based on a multi-year,
worldwide alliance with Harrah's License Company, LLC, an affiliate of Harrah's
Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: HET).
