Mac iSync

A reader looking for Mac OS X support for his Nokia phone noticed that Nokia is offering free iSync plug-ins for several Nokia models for free on its web site, here is the full list of the supported phones:

E50, E60, E61, E61i, E62, E65, E70, N70, N71, N72, N73, N76, N80, N90, N91, N93, N93i, N95, N-Gage, N-Gage ND, 3230, 3600, 3620, 3650, 3660, 6021, 6102, 6103, 6111, 6131, 6230, 6230i, 6260, 6270, 6280, 6600, 6620, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 6682, 6820, 7370, 7380, 7610, 7650, 8800, 8801, 9300i.

All of the models mentioned above support Calendar and Contacts synchronization on Mac OS X 10.4.9 via Bluetooth while some of them also support sync via USB.

Apple's iSync supported devices page already lists most of these Nokia models:

N70, N80, N90, E61, E62, N71, N72, N73, N91, N93, 3230, 3650, 3660, 3600, 3620, 6021, 6102, 6103, 6111, 6131, 6230, 6230i, 6260, 6270, 6280, 6600, 6620, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 6682, 6820, 6822, 7370, 7380, 7610, 7650, 8800, 8801, 9300i, N-Gage, N-Gage QD.

The newly supported models are:
- Nokia E50,
- Nokia E60,
- Nokia E61i,
- Nokia E65,
- Nokia E70,
- Nokia N76,
- Nokia N90,
- Nokia N93i,
- Nokia N95.

Apple recently posted an update for iSync, bringing it to version 2.1. It added support for several phones from many brands.

Calendar
