 NEW firmware
This firmware is a definite step in the right direction, although they surely made us wait too much for it. Looking very forward for the next firmware, that will maybe make the P990 what it was supposed to be in the first place!
Much awaited features in next firmware are:
- better memory management, give users as much free ram as possible with no memory leaks
- disable transition option (this way we could stop using that video trick and free up some more ram)
- flip closed mode still excessively slow in some applications (like setting up a reminder - painfully slow task)
- maybe some sort of plugin for the _very_big_and_empty_ main screen in Flip Open mode!

The CDA strings shows for which region your phone was produced, and they are updated accordingly:

So basically the update depends if your phone has generic CDA string. If you have it you are not actually dependant on the network. Some networks are slowly allowing updates of the software so there4 you might end up with an older firmware like R3A01 or something.

* Problem with deletion of SMS repaired

* Improvements in performance
* Registration by SMS is inquired at first boat
* Again: Bestätigigungston with terminating the discussion
* Menu speed and - animations improves
* Web Browser starts faster and runs more stably
* Surface of the task manager changes
